The Foundation operates exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, specifically to provide the John Molloy Jr. Memorial Scholarship to individuals who embody values such as kindness, resilience, loyalty, and a genuine care for others. The scholarship supports those who, like John, cheer for the underdog and make a positive difference in the lives of others, demonstrating leadership through action rather than accolades.

The Foundation is organized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, with a focus on the John Molloy Jr. Memorial Scholarship.
